Our little rural town of Ninilchik, Alaska is centrally located between Soldotna and Homer on the Sterling Hwy. and is home to some of the finest Halibut and Salmon Fishing in the world. Ninilchik River borders us on the North side and Deep Creek hems in our little fishing town on the South side.

You'll be delighted at how easy it is to get here. Ninilchik is approximately 180 miles from Anchorage and can be reached with a 3 1/2 hour beautifully inspiring drive through majestic scenery on a newly remodeled Highway. Anchorage has a large international airport with convenient air service from nearly all major cities. Most of our clients from out of state fly into Anchorage, rent a car and drive to Ninilchik. If you choose to use the local airlines, there are two airports conveniently located; one in Kenai and the other in Homer, both less than an hour's drive either way. The smaller commuter planes leave about every half hour and the scenic flight, a memory in itself, is about 20-25 minutes.

The amount of daylight we receive in summer (almost 23 hours of it in June and July) allows you plenty of time to explore your surrounds and get ready for your fishing adventure of a lifetime. However you choose your route to our destination you will be pleased at the spectacular sights along the way. We are here to help you in whatever endeavor you desire. We have lived in and enjoyed Alaska's unique environment and are here for your convenience, comfort and to help customize your adventure. We'd be happy to suggest or refer you to the many differing options and offerings that make Alaska a memorable experience. Kings Run Charters is a locally owned and operated Alaskan business.
